Be happy, Chris, I'm finally posting.
PART 5: Mark + Miller = !
"Hi! Come on in!"
"Look at you!"
"Look at you! You look great!"
"So do you!"
"And Mark, you look so handsome! He's getting so big!"
"I know! Pretty soon he'll be all grown up!"
Mark tried to edge away from this enthusiastic greeting, but of course he failed and got a hug from Madison. He started moving away as soon as possible and bumped right into Scotty, who was similarly trying to go unnoticed.
"Mark, nice to see you again," Scotty said, shaking his hand solemnly. "How are you?"
"Fine, thank you," Mark said. "It's good to see you again." Mark had always liked Scotty. He was the only sane member of that family. Although, Mark always had to wonder why he was still called Scotty. He was a grown man, not a little kid.
"Mark, why don't you go find Miller?" Madison suggested, turning her attention towards him for a minute. Mark stifled the urge to jump as though he'd been zapped by a laser. "She's probably still in her room. You know where it is, right? Up the stairs and to the left."
Mark obediently headed up the stairs. The Corbin-Millers were very wealthy, and they had a large, posh loft apartment. He awkwardly knocked on Miller's door.
"Come in!"
He slowly pushed the door open and peered inside. The room was large and light, with a big window looking down over the city. The room looked very sleek and modern -- white walls and ceiling, hardwood floor -- or at least would have, except that it was filled with stuff. Posters and pictures covered the walls, and several rugs covered the floor. Mark had seen Miller's room before, but the sheer amount of stuff always overwhelmed him. She had three bookcases filled with books, movies, CDs, and various odds and ends. Pictures were everywhere -- both Muggle and non-Muggle. Everytime Mark turned his head, he got another flash of movement and found himself staring at a photo of Miller's many friends grinning and waving wildly.
Okay, I'm tired, so that's all for now. But there will be more!

Okay, Sis is away, but I'm still posting another part. I'm bored and mildly sleepy.
PART 4: RORY AND THE NERD BOYS
Rory returned to Malfoy Manor late that afternoon. What she had planned as a late morning/early afternoon meeting for business had turned quite pleasant after seeing Adam and Charlie. Adam Grant and Charlie Fisher had graduated the previous year and were hands down the most adorable nerd boys in Hogwarts. Rory would have asked one of them out long ago if she weren't afraid of scaring shy Charlie or prepubescant Adam. Privately she claimed them -- flirting with them, enjoying their company, and generally loving that she could be part of their social networks.
In Diagon Alley, she had laughed and tousled Charlie's curly blond hair. "So what are you up to now? I know that Adam is off trying to take over the world."
"Shhh," Adam ordered, blue eyes full of good humor, as always. "Don't spread it around." In truth, he was working in the International Relations department of the Ministry of Magic. But the idea of the short Adam as a future dictator was an old joke, which he always supported by referencing Napoleon. "If he can do it, it means that height really doesn't matter," the 5'6" Adam would say.
Charlie smiled. "Well actually, compared to Adam, my job sounds rather dull, although I find it fascinating. I'll be doing archival work for the Ministry, traveling to libraries and cateloguing historial data. So I'll be doing work in Beijing, Paris, Brussels, all over. Basically, wherever there's a library, I may go."
"Sounds interesting," Rory said, before he could get really started on the subject. Charlie was a great guy, but he did have the tendancy to ramble when discussing (dull) topics on which he considered himself an expert. Sadly, this was not limited to history or school, but also extended to Quidditch records and muggle television.
Silence descended upon them for a moment, to be broken as usual by the comical Adam, joking and making faces. And Rory had sat back and enjoyed time with "her guys."
When she returned home, she found a note from her mother saying that she was visiting Rory's grandmother that day and that her father would be working late. Ginny and Draco Malfoy were very busy people, and Rory usually enjoyed the independence this allotted her. She prided herself on being an independent girl. She had friends, but no best friend, and certainly no person she depended on entirely. But that night, as she made herself dinner and flipped through The Daily Prophet, she missed the companionship she had found in Diagon Alley, and she wondered what it would be like not just to snog Adam (or Charlie), but also to date him.

Now this one's going to suck. Feel free to edit/comment.
PART 3: AMANDA AND RORY
After reading the letter from Mark and spending about an hour feeding herself and Fishy, Amanda suddenly remembered that she was supposed to meet Rory Malfoy that day. Rory was a nice enough girl, a fellow seventh-year Ravenclaw, but she was infinitely more punctual and could get annoying about such things. The two girls had a working relationship, running a careful balance between friendship and dislike. Group work often drove it over to the dislike side, and so Amanda was a little nervous about being co-Fearless!Leader of Quiz Bowl with her. Her family may have given up the dark arts, but Amanda personally thought that the old adage still had value: Never get on a Malfoy's bad side, or you might lose an appendage.
Quickly, she ran upstairs to throw on clothes, accidentally tripping over Fishy in the process.
"Sorry Fish, but I have to run. Time and Malfoys wait for no one."
Fishy looked back at her as if he understood. He hopped onto the couch and watched, amused, as she bumped around upstairs and finally reappeared in the living room. Quickly she kindled a fire, and then grabbed some Floo Powder. "Diagon Alley," she said, stepping into the flames.
Sneezing viciously -- Floo Powder always made her sneeze -- Amanda landed in Diagon Alley right outside Flourish and Blotts. She was very tempted to stop in and see if they had any new Carter Landroff novels. She was about to go in when a sharp voice addressed her from her left.
"So there you are. I mgiht have known you would be late," the girl drawled.
Amanda turned like a guilty child caught eating cookies between meals. "Err, hullo Rory. How are you this morning?"
"It's the afternoon," Rory said pointedly. "It was supposed to be the morning, but I guess you just forgot."
"Erm, well, yes, but you weren't waiting long, were you?"
"Two hours. Got a fair bit of schoolwork done though. Of course, I could have done that at home, rather than here with all the noise."
Amanda pushed some of her brown hair that had falled out of her ponytail back behind her ear. "Well, I'm here now. So lets just get to work."
Rory inclined her head gracefully.
Plopping down in the seat opposite Rory, Amanda opened up a notebook filled with scribbles that the last Fearless!Leaders, Adam and Charlie, had given her. Inside was each player's name, along with notes of skills, attendance rates, practice and tournament scores, and other such comments. "There's some good stuff in here..." she began.
They worked for over an hour, rewriting the stats, dividing up teams, arguing over practice schedules, etc. They probably would have worked longer had they not been awkwardly interrupted.
"Hello. What are you working on?" a voice asked. Rory and Amanda looked up from the scraps of parchment spread over their table at Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor to see Adam and Charlie.
"Quizbowl planning," Rory answered as Amanda blushed and stared back at the papers.
"Looks thrilling," Adam teased.
"Well, we want to be at least half organized," Rory said.
Adam put on a wounded face. "I'm insulted! Here Charlie and I worked and slaved over quizbowl..."
Rory laughed and patted his arm. "It's okay. We forgive you. Popular neds like you can't be expected to spend time working for unpopular nerds like us."
Charlie laughed as Adam set his face in comical expressions of nerdish glee.
While Rory held court, Amanda snuck off and got a drink of water. She took her time drinking it and pretending to be fascinated with the menu, and when she returned the guys were gone. She saw the backs of their heads bobbing off to the Leaky Cauldron.
"That was a nice surprise," Rory remarked as they continued working.
Amanda shrugged. "Is this everything?"
"I think so."
"Okay, I'm going to go back home then." Amanda stood. "I need to take care of my cat. I'll see you in school Rory."
Rory started getting her things together as well. "Okay. Thanks for coming, even if it was late. We got a lot done."
Amanda nodded and walked off to the apparation station. Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed Rory heading to the Leaky Cauldron. Part of her wanted to follow her and watch them, but she made herself just go home. No use worrying about cute boy(s) when they weren't even at school anymore. That lowered the odds of getting together with one (preferably Charlie) from When Hell Freezes Over to When Mark And Miller Got Along.
PART 2: MARK AND MILLER (Scene 2)
Just as Mark was not anxious to see Miller, she was not eager to see him. "He's so boring, Mom," she complained at the breakfast table in their posh London apartment. Her mother used to be a Muggle actress, first as a child and again between graduating Menlo Park and marrying Scott, and they could have lived off of her salary from her movies for the rest of their lives. But her parents were far too restless for that, and so her mother was a freelance journalist and her father worked for the Ministry of Magic, Department of Overseas Affairs.
"Mark isn't...well all right, he is a little dull. Then again, so was Vicky, although she turned out to have a wild side." She smiled, thinking about something that Miller probably did not need to hear about. "Anyway, my point is that Mark is a nice boy, and it won't kill you to spend some time with him."
"Thanks Mom, real inspirational."
"Hey, you want inspirational, ask your father."
They both turned to look at Scott. Unlike Madison, who still looked young and beautiful, he looked decidedly middle-aged, mostly due to the premature demise of his bland, potato-colored hair. He was engrossed in the paper, eating a bowl of cornflakes with a decidedly distracted air.
"Hmm?" he said, looking up at them after a moment. "Did you say something?"
"Miller needs a little inspiration," her mother explained.
"Oh, well, uh...I'm sure everything will work out for the best, Katie. Just...uh...do your best and think positively."
Miller laughed. "Thanks, Daddy." She leaned over a kissed the top of his head.
"Um...you're welcome, dear." He looked at them, sighed a bit, and returned to his paper. Scott loved his wife and daughter dearly, but also accepted the fact that he would never completely understand them.
"See?" Madison said. "Everything will be fine. Now hurry up and get ready. They should be here soon."
Miller just rolled her eyes and turned her attention back to her cereal. It was going to be a long, boring day.
Okay, fine, here we go, but I promise you it will suck.
PART 2: MARK AND MILLER
"Mark! Are you awake?"
Mark Weasley groaned, rolled onto his stomach, and stuffed the pillow over his head. Too late -- his mother took one look at him and knew that he was awake.
"Mark! Get up!" She pulled back the covers despite his yelp of protest. "I told you we had to leave early today to visit Scotty and Madison."
Of course, that was why Mark was still lying in bed. He had never enjoyed visiting the Corbin-Miller's, and he especially didn't feel like going over there today. Scotty and Madison, his mother's old classmates from Menlo Park School of Magic, were all right, but their daughter Katherine (called Miller) was a nightmare. She was even louder than her mother, forever yelling, laughing, and teasing. Plus she had probably flirted with every boy in Hogwarts by now. She drove him insane, and she was likewise not very fond of him. Unfortunately, their parents (or rather, their mothers) would not give up on the hope that their children would be friends and so made the two spend time together every chance they got.
"Mom," he said, his voice muffled against the mattress, "I don't feel well. I don't think that I can go today."
Even though he couldn't see her face, he knew that she was raising her eyebrow at him. "Really? Roll over." He did so, and she felt his forehead. "You don't feel warm at all. Now get up."
He recognized her tone of voice, the I'm-your-mother-and-you'd-better-obey-me-right-now voice. His father always said that voice made her sound exactly like Grandma had back when she was a teacher at Hogwarts. Mark was very glad that she had retired before you had started school -- although he loved her, he knew she would have been a pretty scary Head of House.
He groaned. "Okay," he mumbled.
His mother smiled. "Be ready to leave in twenty minutes."
As I have no life and way too many creative juices, I'll add another profile while I'm waiting for Part 2 from Sarah.

PART 1: AMANDA AND MARK
Like every other day that summer, Amanda Kent woke up late. Without bothering to put on her glasses, she quickly moved to the calender and, with the black pen nearby, slashed through another day. Another day down, and only a few more left before school began again. Amanda sighed deeply and stuck her glasses on her round face. Boredom was eating her alive that summer. Her twin brother Kyle was spending most of the summer with his best friend, Will Zabini, and besides which Kyle was too obsessed with Quidditch and girls to be much fun anymore. Both of her parents worked for the Ministry of Magic, making it one dull day with no company but the cat.
Still a little sleepy, she shuffled downstairs to fix herself some cereal. Then she sat at the table, petting her cat Fishy and reading the Daily Prophet. The family owl, Orville, took that opportunity to flap in, barely missing the bowl. Eagerly, Amanda ripped it open and read:
Dear Amanda,
How's your summer been? Mine has been quite hectic. Mum and Dad decided to take us to visit the rest of the Weasley clan (all ten million of them) at The Burrow. You've never met them all before, so just multiply my family by about ten and you'll get the kind of crazy environment I've been subjected to these past several weeks. Dad says that it's a lot bigger from when he was a kid, but it's still incredibly cramped. I can't get a moment's peace to myself, and I'm terribly behind in my homework. Worst, I have to share a room wtih Taylor. The stupid kid is always screaming and running around and hitting people (namely me) with stuff (namely his broomstick).
The best part of break though was getting to go to the Quidditch World Cup. Ireland vs. United States. It was a brilliant match, although Uncle Ron and I were disappointed that the Cannons didn't make it. Dad just laughed when I told him that, though. He always says that he can't understand why I picked Ron to look up to as a child. Anyway, it was a very exciting match. Mum was of course cheering for the US, which made Uncles Fred and George tease her mercilessly. The match was a long one, lasting four days. Ireland won (210-190), but the Boston Seeker caught the snitch. The best part though was when Taylor fell out of the Top Box (I told him he was leaning too far over to watch). He didn't get hurt, but Mum and Dad grounded him for a week after we got home.
As you can guess, I miss you terribly. At least you don't hit me or yell at me, too much. I'll see you soon. We're going to Diagon Alley the day before school starts, if you want to meet me there.
-Mark
[Sis: If you want to edit this, feel free. Do it in bold though, please, so I can tell what changes you made. And now it's your turn.]
What time should this be? I'm thinking c. 2191-2198 (200 yrs after the trio)
